If you would like to send us a message regarding your order, please login and then go to My Account My Orders. First find your order, and then under Control Panel, click the down arrow and then select Order Message. When we reply to your order message, you can view our response by logging in. Once logged in, the default page is My Messages, so you will see immediately if we have replied (next to New Order Reply). You will need to find your order that you asked a question about, and then select View Order under Control Panel. Scroll to the very bottom of your order details and you will see our response. *Remember: instead of checking your email, simply log into DamnFly and you can do everything you need, all on our 100% interactive site!
