If you would like to review detailed information regarding your order, please login and then go to My Account

My Orders. Select View Order under Control Panel for the order you want to review.

Regarding the Order Status column under My Orders:

1. New [Unpaid] - Means that you have just placed the order.
2. Verified [Unpaid] - Means that we have reviewed your order and are processing.
3. Verified [Paid] - Means that we have charged your credit card, or have received payment.
4. Verified [Shipped] - Means that your package has shipped.
